How this count works
Shell Count follows all public cursor pages for likes, reposts, and quote posts. It reads direct replies visible in Bluesky's thread response, which does not provide an equivalent exhaustive reply cursor.
Each account counts once per action and once overall. Shell Count asks Bluesky's browser-compatible public service for records from the chosen labeler, then applies its latest positive, non-expired label record. The headline percentage uses accounts successfully checked; unavailable accounts remain unknown rather than being treated as unlabeled. Labels describe a labeler's public classification, not independently verified demographic facts.
